I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of our tech, and dispatcher! For the first time ever with a contractor, the dispatch called hr into our 4 hr window to let us know they would be there closer to the end of our window, and had 3 folks in front of us. Time being money, it allowed me to not just sit and wait half the day for someone! When our tech arrived he was professional and knowledgeable, and really made you feel like he was taking care of his own house!

Goodman A/C replaced evap coil and cycled system working at this time
Carrier A/C checked system found compressor and CFM not running due to bad dual run capacitor and replaced with truck stock capacitor and cycled system working at this time
Goodman AtC with case coil checked system found to be low in refrigerate and preferred leak search and found leaking case coil need to replace coil
Goodman Heat pump checked system found compressor not running due to bad windings need to replace compressor
Goodman A/C replaced compressor amd found restricted case coil need to replace case coil
Comfortmaker A/C checked system found bad CFM not to replace condenser fan motor
Trane air hanlder checked system found blower motor not running due to being bad need to replace blower motor

Incomplete 3 Systems worked on Main Floor Unit and Basement Unit. Main Floor System, Goodman Straight A/C: HO stated system was not cooling. Found Drain line stopped up. Replaced P trap and cleared line. Found system charge low. Added 1 lbs of R22. System is running great at this time. Basement Goodman Straight A/C, M#: GSC130181AE. S#: 0706039509. Case Coil Data: M#: CAPF1824A6AA. S#: 0706598348. HO stated system was not cooling. Found breaker tripped. Checked comp windings. They are bad. Comp needs to be replaced. Called Arco to get part info. P#: AR16. Price: $278.48. In Stock. System holds 7 lbs of R22. Did not order due to HO requesting info towards a new system.

Complete: 2 systems worked On US Goodman str8 AC. HO said unit was making loud noise outside. Found compressor making loud noise. Checked refrigerant, cap and amp draws and all were good. The issue is just loud noise. Spoke with HO and they were understanding that AHS doesn’t cover noise. System is working as it should at this time.
